The European Fee is making its analysis and research-evaluation techniques extra environment friendly and more practical at responding to future crises, after studying from the COVID-19 pandemic (see go.nature.com/34x2bub). A core group of consultants will ship a draft proposal in June to assist taking part analysis organizations to rethink their assessments of analysis (see go.nature.com/3bojug3).
